Registration Guidelines

Participation fees

Student (BSc, MSc, PhD)	200 EUR	250 EUR
Accompanying person	100 EUR	100 EUR

The registration fee for participants includes
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference documentation
- A copy of the special issue of International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy with conference abstracts
- Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and a visit to the Estonian Pharmacy Museum

The registration fee for the accompanying person includes
- Welcome reception, the conference dinner and a visit to the Estonian Pharmacy Museum

Please complete all steps to register. It is not possible to save or return to an incomplete registration. You can return to a previous step if you want to change anything. After completing your registration you will receive a confirmation email/invoice acknowledging submission. If you do not receive this email, please send an email to info@easp.ee or tiina.jokinen@erpmusic.com. Please note that we can confirm the registration upon receipt of a valid payment only.

Terms of cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to info@easp.ee and tiina.jokinen@erpmusic.com. Registration cancellation is only possible in writing until March, 15, 2015. In this case administrative costs of 75 EUR will be charged. After this deadline no refunds will be possible.

Registration will be open until May 15, 2015.

The registration desk will be open on:
Wednesday June 3 between 16.00-17.30 in the University of Tartu
Thursday June 4 between 8.00-15.00 and
Friday June 5 between 9.00-12.00 at the Dorpat Conference Centre.
